My Inspiration
This next one is entitled ballet mecanique by the American composer George Antheil and the filmmaker/artist Fernand Léger. I first saw this piece in my film class while we were discussing surrealism and other experimental movements in film. The original score to this piece was actually created before the film was made, much like this project. I enjoy how they use random objects that sync up with the sound. It feels like your watching someones dream - random, repetitive, and scattered
